So you haven't had even 1 consultation with your surgeon yet? I thought this was a second consultation!!!

If this is your first call them and tell them this isn't acceptable hun! Your surgeon NEEDS to assess you before operating, you won't be able to just turn up on the day without him having seen your first hun. There may be possible additional needs that might be required for your surgery that they may need to prepare for Kenzie. Its pretty poor to be honest that you've been sent home when you did have an appointment to see your surgeon even if this were a second consultation... But your first!!!! That's disgraceful babe. Xx

Hun, that's not acceptable at all! You need to make sure you're happy and comfortable with your surgeon before he operates on you! Have you paid anything yet? Maybe if you called tomorrow and insisted on an appointment ASAP with the threat of cancelling of you don't get one would push them along a bit?

I've paid a deposit.
The nurse was very apologetic and the receptionist wasnt fussed.
Just annoying to book a half and a trip to London from Essex for nothing.
Ill def call them tomorrow or email my consultant.

Was not happy.

Did u see any other surgeons?! Why have you picked him? With Mybreast you can get your deposit back up to 10 days before, I'd be doing that and seeing a few surgeons before booking anything x

I have seen a few since last September.
I booked this at the end of December. The surgeon has great reviews and I felt confident in his abilities. His def the surgeon for me.

Its not surgeons fault , its the company.

Gives me the hump!!!

Call your PC and complain, send her an email and complain and ask if they can send an email to your surgeon (they can I did it, same company) and you want a response.. You can get some questions answered to put you at ease and then see him 6 days before and reiterate everything.

I would complain in writing though it does my head in as soon as you've paid your money they start mucking you about.

THG are terrible for 2/3 hour waits.. especially when Mr Hassan's there as he's so popular. I had to wait 3 hours past my appointment time on my first consult with him.. wasn't happy but he's obviously worth the wait and my PC gave me a discount as I had to wait so long. I was actually seen on time on my second appointment with him to go over everything though! :O if he's suggested 345 then that's probably right for your body, he's not one for letting someone go bigger than their body can take x
