My hand isn't as swollen and i managed some beans on toast so hopefully the sickness is wearing off.

Are you going to use those waterproof dressings for a shower? Im a wimp when it comes to taking things like that off...do you think it'll hurt when they take it off? The nurse said to leave them on until i see James again x

Oh that's good hun, well done :) I'm in a little less pain today but only because I haven't got up probably. My swelling has come down loads. I thought the waterproof dressings went over the ones on there already? To be honest ill prob flannel wash until early next week because I don't feel anywhere near ready to stand in the shower or wash myself I wouldnt be able to get in and out of the bath either so I guess I'll have to suffer it xx

Yeah they do go over the top of the dressings that are there but im just worried it'll really hurt when they remove it off:-\
Good news on the swelling going down, how did you sleep? I've got terrible back ache...im dying to lay flat! X

I slept fine but I had a vallium, I had a bad eve last night and I was worried about sleep so I tried it and got 12 hours, I put a cushion under my back though. One of my incisions is still very sore thinking of ringing them, it's a real stabbing pain in one spot xx

hope your feeling ok i was in a bath on my own and getting dressed myself etc by day 2 xx

Yes mother is looking after me, I have been eating like a pig new things changed there lol still haven't seen bf since he came to see me in hospital tho and he's got his kids for the weekend now, bet he still goes football tomorrow tho.... X

He doesn't think he's done anything wrong, in his words he didn't want to see anyone yesterday after his bad day, he only said he was coming to see he wasn't supposed to pick me up or to anything for me so he hadn't let me down.... So I've pretty much ended things, amazing addition to the pain and tiredness a broken heart lol :( still if I can get through this I can get through anything x

Thanks girls, up and dressed today, been trying on a few of my holiday clothes, can't wait to try on some dresses when I'm a little more mobile!!

Dove how u feeling today? My muscles hurt more today and im feeling very sticky today, but overall I'm improving xx
