Exercise and boobs...
I am not one for exercise but have decided new year new start! Reaching my late 20's my body is getting a bit soft, lol!
Anyway, looking at getting a fitness DVD reading some reviews about one online and some women say they also lost a inch or so off their breasts!
How does exercising affect BA boobies? Is it possible to make it so you can see the implant :/
I know a lot of you ladies like to keep fit so some advice would be great and are your boobs ok?
xx

Re: Exercise and boobs...
Yes any exercise reduces the fat over your whole body. You can tone in one place but not lose weight. Any dramatic loss will show in your boobs. It is possible to loss so much weight you could see the implant. It depends what you're trying to do. I've lost an inch off my bust and it's not really made a difference to how they look.
Re: Exercise and boobs...
Thanks for replying! Ooooh, this is what puts me off! I don't really wanna lose weight just need to tone up! Losing weight would be bad on my boobs I think :/ Losing an inch then means you're a smaller cup size?

Hi hunni
Hope your keeping well ?
My surgeon said that if I wanted to lose weight I should do it before my BA as it can have an effect on them !!! I think it's a great excuse not to go to the gym well for me anyway lol xxx

Re: Exercise and boobs...
Yeah I need to update my stats I am now about a 32E/DD depending on the bra. I go to vibration plate classes to tone me up and I have no choice about my boobies wobbling too. Think I'm gonna get an even better sports bra like the shock absorber run bra. Unless you lose a lot of weight ie a stone you may not notice the difference.
Re: Exercise and boobs...
Whoa, I can't afford to lose boobage! Only just made it to a DD! putting myself off now! Just looking to tone tho so hopefully the boobs would be ok :/

Awww that's rubbish! Oddly I don't get any pain or anything which worries me sometimes, lol! Must be hard to not do loads with children! How old are your kiddies? x
TINK are you a personal trainer then? You recommend any good DVDs for toning? Mainly tummy, thighs and bum x

Re: Exercise and boobs...
Haha being bendy helps but you can build up to that. Pilates much less bendy.
And as Tink says fab for the tummy.
