Re-op approved! :)
Morning ladies :) xx
Well i went to see my PS last night and had me re-op approved.
He said i dont need a nipple lift bt my right implant is 2cm at least higher than my left AND my left is also slightly too high??
So i go in on a day case on 23rd feb (saturday) which really helps with the kids to have em bnoth pulled down into position, this should apparently act the same as a nipple lift.?
He did say he would more worried about doing an actual nipple lift on me as my nipples are so dark he thinks scaring may be prominent?
what do you think cookie?? lol ;) xx
Feeling abit frightened to be honest but i really really want it sorting, and really glad he had no argument at all for me.
I must say i went for a smaller company when i went for my BA and i was slightly concious of so many of us going to massive companies, but the treatment i have recieved from them has been fantastic. :)
thanks for all your support girls, it means the world to me xxxxx

Re: Re-op approved! :)
Thrilled for you that your re-op has been approved hun... Really am sooooo happy for you
I suspect the problem your surgeon is talking about regarding your nipples isn't so much the scar, its the fact that after a nipple lift the skin can stretch in ways no-one can predict and more often than not the areola isn't the round shape you have now and may look to have small parts of the areola missing or some look an oval shape etc... So with you having a very dark areola and pale skin tone, the shape of the areola would be very prominent and I suspect your surgeons fears you'd be happier with the result you have now that you would be if the areola shape had any problems not being a perfect circular scar post-op. xx
