BA & nipple lift surgical bras help!!! Empty BA & nipple lift surgical bras help!!!

Hi ladies,

It's three days before the op and I think I'm panicking a bit too much, but I'm just wondering if some of you had been recommended particular bras to be put in after the surgery to recover in. I know it's been asked a lot but specifically to those ladies who have had a BA and also a lift.

I'm worried it needs to be more supportive the your average sports bra? Any advice would be very welcome

You should have at the very least a 'high impact' bra hun. The least strain that are on those stitches the better lovely.

I found a survey done by the daily mail that claimed the a triaction extreme to be the best support bra overall, so I bought this myself after my surgery and got to say, my boobs didnt budge at all.

I've also used M&Ss front fastening support bras, which are fantastic for check ups because you don't have to strip off to get access to your boobs with just being able to zip them open. Again these were very good.

Other women like the Macom bra and others Shock absorbers. These seem to be the most popular used here. Xx

The technology they put into bras now is amazing and a good sports bra has been tried and tested and scienetifically studied. I do love the ultimate run bra by shock absorber, but you may need help to put this one on as it has two back catches, but your boobs will not move. I do also think the post op bras are pretty good, things like the macom etc. It is worth spending the extra on a good bra.
