Re: breast pocket
Full unders are used is breast reconstruction , partials and dual plane are called 'unders' by surgeons however only the top part of the implant is actually under the muscle x

Re: breast pocket
mine were actually almost fully under before reop, I have the medical term to why he chose that and I do know that loads are done for reconstuction are fully unders, was told this by my surgeon and another one who were BAPRAs

Re: breast pocket
i just remember all the surgeons i saw referring to unders but they all leamt dual plane. what they said to me was it was rare for people to have full unders now. but there will always be a reason i would imagine if you had full unders.
its not a one size fits all kind of op i suppose xx
