breast pocket
hi, so I understand that there was a pocket made under my muscle when my implants were put in but..... is it the size it should be and then eventually the implant will fall to the "bottom" of it or is the implant sitting in the pocket already and the whole pockets drops?? xx

Re: breast pocket
Tink, I'm trying to find a clip on youtube that shows the under the muscle operation which shows the pocket etc....
Very interesting youtube channel actually. I wanted this surgeon, but he was too far away!
I'll post as soon as I find it and it might help, his channel has loads of videos which explain various things

Re: breast pocket
I know Cookie posted a great diagram of "dropping and fluffing", it's more just softening, and then gravity making the "bulb" at the bottom of the implant instead of them being perfectly round and stuck on they become "boob shaped".
Maybe someone knows wheret that diagram is? I can't find it.....

Re: breast pocket
ew no couldn't watch the vid lol. far to gory for me. it's the skin and tissue and also the muscle with unders that constricts following the trauma of surgery that causes the firm feeling and highness of the implant. the pocket and implant doesn't drop as such the skin/tissue/muscle just relaxes around it allowing it to take on it natural shape.
Re: breast pocket
soooooo the pocket is where it is and isnt going to get any bigger smaller or move, and even though i have round implants they will still go with gravity and take on a tear drop shape (obv not like the proper tear shape implants)?? xx

Oh i love watching this guy he is the absolute boss! I would have had surgery with him but didn't really want to travel down to London for surgery but his videos and work look amazing x
Re: breast pocket
He is great isn't he! So open and honest, he isn't based in London... Consult in London was £50 and was central London. I'm out in the outskirts/Essex so can't be bothered with the tube etc especially after surgery! But was impressed with him. Although I am more than happy with my surgeon... Great results so far and love my boobies! So glad I chose who I did!

Re: breast pocket
i didnt realise you were fully under the muscle tinks - i am just so used to hearing everyone getting the dual plane. as there a reason you wanted to or had to go fully under - does this affect how quick they drop?

Hello,
I had Mr Richards two weeks ago - thrilled with the results. He practices in Northampton and Princes Risborough (Buckinghamshire) which may be easier for you. I met with him at his clinic in Princes Risborough xxx

I can't watch any vids, especially pre-op. VERY sqeemish. Talking of partials and full unders, I assume I am having partial but actually do not know for sure.
