Re: really uncomforable tonight :(
The stomach muscles you never even knew you had until after a BA hurt so much don't they from the strain of lifting from laying to seated without using your arms.
Its the little things you don't think about isn't it lol.... It really will get better though and those muscles will soon go back to sleep lol. Xx

How are you ladies finding sleeping on your back? Or could you anyway? I've been trying for a few nights to sleep on my back and I'm finding it really uncomfortable, I've always slept on my side xx

Hi Tinkerbell everything you've posted sounds like me after my 1st ba! I think it took me at least a month to feel really mobile and able to go about my daily business. It's really hard if you're quite an active person to. I felt worse than after a c-section as I think you use your chest muscles more-I remember the discomfort of even pressing the toaster down! Just remember you're healing more every day and you'll get there in the end with fab boobs as well. x

Re: really uncomforable tonight :(
Awww thank you darling
Try using your V pillow Tink, hugging into it to take the pressure away from your boobs and if its more comfortable try using a pair of those soft bed socks things, a flannel, or just any old socks and pop them between your boobs to keep them stable and supported. It helps lots in the transition from laying on your back to the side. Xx

Re: really uncomforable tonight :(
I'm a year since my 2nd ba which was a total different recovery from my first- I had no bruising and minimal swelling and my husband had to remind me not to over do it because I felt so well. I had prepared myself for a long recovery after the experiences from my 1st ba to. I think because I was very flat-chested it took ana ge for the muscles to relax and I had almost no natural breast tissue. Just take it easy when you go back to work-I had nearly 3weeks off after my first ba and the girls at work were really good as they could see I was struggling to lift etc and also I was very anxious in case I did myself any harm. x

Tinkerbell I'll pm picturetrail details. The photos on it are about a 1yr post op after first ba. I havent put any on yet of my 2nd ba-should really to compare. Looking at your avi its looks like you're settling fine and will just take time to see final result. x
