Re: boobie blues have hit
hey honey, i had the same feeling last night, i was so gutted that i felt so sad about it all but you will come out the other side of it and love them again, try not to continuously look at them because at this stage we don't know what they will look like, as well as that we have swelling everywhere else, my whole upper body looks different! But it will pass and after day 5 the worst really is over you will start to notice that you will be able to do more and more everyday! hope you feel better soon! xx

Awww hinny, it's normal to feel how you're feeling, just please remeber what you see now is NOT what you're going to end up with.
You've got weeks and months of them changing and looking like normal beautiful boobs Hun. Don't compare yourself to other people Hun, you e got what's right for you and how you are at your stage of healing.
Just think you'll be at the point soon enough. Try not o focus on looking at them and critiquing them as I say how they are now is not what they're going to look like in months to come.

Hey hunni, Don't worry about it, 360 ccs is DEFINITELY not small - I got 375 and mine are not small!!
what the problem is, is that for days 2-4, you had a TON of swelling, so day 4-5 and on, the swelling starts to go down, and you feel they're smaller. They are NOT small though, I assure you, and you'll be very pleased in a few months when they're soft and squishy and bouncy!

Re: boobie blues have hit
Sweetheart, mine were look two big balls stuck on my chest when I first had mine done and ridiculously far apart... But 6 months later they were a completely different pair of boobs!
Just bare in mind Tink that what you're looking at right now is definitely not the result you are going to have.
As your boobs drop and soften up they do come closer together and take on a more natural appearance.
The majority of us get the post-op boobs lovely and we feel so down everything is magnified ten fold, but I promise you gorgeous it does get better xx

Re: boobie blues have hit
Awww its about more than "they're better than what I had"
They're not at all what you're going to have right now.
Your boobs are going to look totally different to now in a few months time. This is the result you'll have. Your boobs are going to go through so many changes over the next coming months Tink and movement is so important for bringing your cleavage together.... Right now they're very stable on your chest and although you may think all your swelling has gone, at just 5 days post-op I should imagine you still have a way to go sweetness...
The changes will result in a look very different to what you have now, so if you're saying now "well, at least they're better than what I had before" then when they've relaxed and settled you're going to be overjoyed babe. Xx

Re: boobie blues have hit
Hugs Tinkabell, don't worry mine are the same swollen, high and far appart I'm all purple, blue, yellow and green from all the bruising. I'm so fed up of not sleeping I my own bed and not being able to shower.
I've not taken any photos because right now they don't look like boobs, they look okay in the sports bra and cloths over but they don't feel right yet.
As everyone has said it all changes and I'm just keeping that in mind so I don't stress, I'm just glad some of the pain has gone today I felt so much better pain wise.
Big hugs

Tinkerbell that's just about the size mine looked in my sports bra x I think back to a few months ago, they looked strange and took some getting used to. It's normal to feel how you feel at the moment.

Re: boobie blues have hit
You can have a shallow bath Tink.
Just half fill it so you don't get your boobs wet but can wash the rest of you down. Just flannel wash your top half. Xx

Re: boobie blues have hit
oh sweetheart.....
It is SO normal to feel this way!! You are so early on post-op, and your boobs have so many changes to go through. Try and remind yourself of the goals you had, and know that they are all still ahead of u! You WILL drop and then they will look much more natural. The swelling WILL go away, no-one has swelling that stays forever! My swelling lasted about 8 weeks, which was the longest I think they had ever seen! But it was because I had three ops in the end, and now they look amazing and both the same size and everything!
it is all hormonal, just try and get past these first couple weeks, and u will feel so so much better. take lots of pics so u can monitor the difference, and go out and spoil yourself a little! You have no idea how many shoes I bought those first few weeks!
Hoping u cheer up soon, and start to see the great things about your decision. And dont worry about the hubby-men understand that women can be crazy!

Re: boobie blues have hit
Hi Tink
Today I'm feeling okay within myself today, the pain has really reduced which has helped soo much and I'm not feeling so silly for having chosen to do this to myself.
I also got out today, which was nice.
