When I laugh hard or cough I get a sort of burning nipping pain from my armpit to my nipple, I know these sorts of pains are common with unders but they are really quite intense and I hate not being able to laugh! Will they just pass? Feel stupid askin because i know to expect them i just didnt expect them to be quite as sore...Xxx

You get it with overs too, it is really annoying and although it reduces in intensity it can be a few weeks before it goes. Then you may get random shooting pains for a while. But the just sort of surprise you rather than hurt you.

Awww Hun, I know what it feels like... Yes it's normal hun sometimes they can be more intense , try ice packs to calm them down, the shooting pains are the nerves reconnecting back together as they've been pretty disturbed during surgery.

Ice packs and paracetamol to take edge of it babe xxx

Thanks misf1 and mrsball was just worrying me a bit! Not matter how much research you do when it happens to yourself you panic lol I will get ice on tonight for a bit hopefully can laugh again by Friday meant to be having a catch up with a few friends have had to give off when someone makes me laugh at home lol xx

I don't think you can totally prepare yourself for how worrying and stressful a time it can be, and the strange feelings and weird shape etc really doesn't help. It's so comforting to have somewhere like this to go for just the peace of mind that what you're going through is normal.

I defo agree misf1 it's mad how you can know what to expect see others pics etc and still question it when it happens lol when I had a look from the side today my boobs looked really small but I've seen 100s of post op pics where they appear smaller until they drop etc and still I freaked out a bit! I think I need to just calm when I start to panic and not think about everything so much! Xx

Ouch x it's awful isn't it, I had years in my eyes after a sneezing fit a few days post op x about getting bigger.. I was measured a 30 E a few weeks ago, so went back today and bought 2 bras from the same range.. And I think I have got bigger , bit too snug.

Aww jakki I don't think I've sneezed yet that must have been so sore! Wow 30e! I can't wait to see what size il be! Seems so far away but I'm sure before I know it il be bra shopping! Xx

It's sounds bigger then it is x just the back is so small , I love the size though . I think day 3 and 4 are the most painful days Rocky xxxx the burning sensation isn't nice . So many changes to come Hun, I was told all this and it's hard to visualise . Keep resting , and the time flies, before u know it you will be 6 weeks x Hug

Ice packs!

The wonders of breast augmentation! Lol

Really sweetness, they do help so much with swelling, nerve pain, nerve sensations such as sunburn... Anything really! If you don't have ice packs then frozen peas/corn/rice or any veg to lay over the top of your bombs helps loads hun. Xx

Thanks you cookie I have just went and got a bag of carrots on them until someone is home to make me up some ice packs! Hope no one sees me through the window Lol it is helping already tho :) xx
