Shooting Pains
Hi girls, I've been told I don't need to wear a sports bra but I've been wearing it during the day and taking it off at night.
Last night I got into bed and was in so much pain on the left boob. It felt like the scar stinging at first but then it was more like nerve endings throughout the boob like shooting pains whenever I moved or even took a breath. I'd not long taken painkillers and was almost in tears with the pain.
Anyway I put the sports bra back on and the pain went away and I managed to get a faily decent nights sleep.
I'm just wondering if these pains are quite common and do any of you feel differently when you take your sports bra off? xxx

Re: Shooting Pains
Yes shooting pains are normal, the nerve ending will be knitting back together and this does cause stinging like shooting pains, if it eases by wearing the sports bra then keep it on while you are healing, every little helps, i know i wore mine religiously night & day at the beginning as it felt so much more comfortable with it on, do what feels best for you x x

Thanks hun, I thought I'd read about it before but couldn't find anything when I searched.
I think I'm gonna wear the bra constantly, it just feels nicer xx
