Snowboarding or skiing post BA? Empty Snowboarding or skiing post BA?

Post by snowy51 9th December 2012, 6:17 pm

I posted this by accident in general chatter so re posting it here

Hi ladies. How long did you wait post BA to go snowboarding or skiing? My op was 16th Nov and I'm desperate to go (really, really, really desperate!!) I thought perhaps end of January should be ok? We are planning a snowboarding holiday to France mid-end February - should that be ok (1 week)? I'm not worried about falling as I don't fall too much (and if I do, it's not usually on my boobs), its more for the stretching and the upper half muscles you use when riding. Any advice would be very much appreciated x

Thanks Kay. Will check with Mr K when I see him in January (although part of me doesn't actually want to ask in case he says no!)

You should be ok hun, would make sure your travel insurance will cover you, they may be a bit funny after an op.
