So im now nearly 3 months post op with 460 unders.

I feel that my nips are still pointing down and the implant is very stationary within my boob but my actual breast tissue is moving around it??

Im worried that its almost like my boob is sliding too far down my implant, almost like i need to pull up from my collar bone so that my nips sit high enough?

I still think i need to fluff so possibly not gonna stay like this??

The picture is of something called the snoopy effect, but having just seen K's pics, I don't think she has this at all. Xx
