Sorry, More sports bras stuff..
Ok so new sports bra, it did fit this morning and once again it's got to the evening and my incisions are sore again and feels tight. So I've got cotton string holding clasps together to give me some room which obviously isn't giving me much support. Do you think this is a bad idea? Just for a bit of a break for an hour or so? I've ordered ANOTHER bra that should be here by end of the week, it's all so confusing Xx

By the evening Hun, your swelling would have come on a lot more therefore feeling tight again, maybe wear the bigger banded bra for evening and bed then change into smaller band in the morning x

Haha yes but they're a good investment hunny, remember that, giving your boobs good support healing process And not only that once you do get the go ahead in wires you'll find comfort of a sports bra at home. As I always refer to wearing heels out and slippers at home! Exactly the same for bras!! Xx

Yeah I forgot to get extenders. My nurse said I could go to bed bra less but I decided not too as I felt it was too early and I didn't feel comfortable. I've worn mine day and night for 4 wks now....uncomfortable at times but don't want them to sag or droop lol xxx

Hmm I won't worry too much about wearing it loosely for a few hours then.. I couldn't go without they feel like the implants will fall out when I take my bra off haha xx

Hi ya I'm only few days post op but my sports bra fits fine yet after 5 hrs or more I'm having to revert to my trusty macom they are a godsend I have gone off trying to find comfy sports bra and may even order a second macom. It may well be £30 but I've spent that on diff sports bras anyway!!! I hate the feeling of taking bra off too I'm terrified they will drop off xx

Cookie told me to cut the hooks and eye bits off an old bra and extend the back, which was something I didn't think of at all! Then I bought a back extended bit in Debenhams, saved a few quid x
