Going out sports bras
Hi ladies im going out for a girly meal in 2 weeks. Can anyone reccomend a suitable sports bra. At the moment got an asda one on very attractive. Just want one so i can wear a nice top and feel comfortable, supported but look normal.
On a good note yesterday when i looked in the mirror i actually thought for the first time hmmm my boobs luk better im beggining to like them, only taken me 19 days. Just shows its a step by step thing not instant all the time. How long after can you use bio oil on the incisions, is this a while yet xxx thanks

My nurse told me nothing on incisions for 4 weeks because of infection.
You want a very good supportive bra, the triumph triactions are quite low cut so may benefit you

I went out for a meal last night in a low top with my triumph trinaction extreme and it's very comfortable. Had it on straight after surgery. X

I'm with the girls lovely... The Triaction Extreme is an excellent support bra but also has the beauty of a low cleavage so you can wear more clothes with it without it being noticeable. Xx
