Hi all im heading in for my op on the 15th Dec I am a 32a just now and the surgeon said to get a d cup sports bra but he never said whether it was a 32d do you think al need bigger round the back

Also where is a good place to get a good sports bra

I've got a triumph triaction extreme and it's so comfy, I think most people get a size bigger round the band to accommodate swelling ect :) I measure 31 round band and have a 34dd and it fits nicely xx

I like the shock absorbers , you can get them from Debenhams, and they look a bit funky . Some have a back strap higher up , which I found supportive and they hold them in really well. I have a 32 DD one and a 34 D as I had rubbing as my ribs seemed swollen. If you are confused about size ring your clinic and they should advise you. My surgeon told me to get a 2
32 ( which was I said my back was) and in a D x
