Wearing a bra earlier than allowed...
OMG! I went into Debenhams and tried on a bra... amazing! Loved it, absolutely buzzing right now
I have a work do on December 9th which is 6 days before my 3 month appointment... wanna wear a bra, should I? Did anyone else sneak on a bra before they were given the all clear?
Also, I might be going out this Saturday night and was thinking of wearing one... Shall I be naughty? It felt amazing today with one on! Made all the pain and debt totally worth it

I'm afraid that my advice is not to wear it until you've been given the all clear to do so. If you check with your clinic first they will be able to advise you, but I really wouldn't risk it for one day or two. You've spent a lot of money on your new boobs and you wouldn't want to slow your healing process or set yourself back. Plus anything you do against your surgeons advice could void your aftercare should you suffer a complication because of it. It may seem like ages but you will have all the time in the world to wear anything you want once you've been given the go ahead.

I tried on a 34D and it felt good... dunno if it was right but felt ok, lol! Gonna update my AVI later with a sneaky pic I took :)
Misf1 you are totally right... gutted :( I know it's silly to risk anything but I would just love to look amazing at the work Christmas party! Silly I know. *sigh* only another month to go! Thanks for slapping some sense into me!

missf is right. It's so tempting, but definitely wait until your surgeon has given you the all clear, it's just not worth it for one night x

Lovely Avi Zebra , the Boobs look amazing. If it's any consolation I was told I am in for the long haul before I can wear a bra. You look great x

I have to wait 3 months but my surgeon has said for the odd occasion I am ok to wear a normal bra or no bra.

I wore no bra for my graduation ball. The dress had a lot of support in it and I felt fine but I wouldnt have done it unless my surgeon had said it was ok. I was only braless for a 5 hours in total.

Re: Wearing a bra earlier than allowed...
Have you been told to sleep without a bra on? When I went for my 6 week check the nurse was shocked I was wearing one night and day and said I could sleep bra less... I do find the conflicting advice given out really annoying! Some people can wear a bra after 6 weeks, some 3 months! Everyone is told different things!

Re: Wearing a bra earlier than allowed...
I think I will be x got dressings on again, had a few scabs and stitches trying to escape, had them removed yesterday am nearly 6 weeks, I couldn't have an underwire on for love or money I reckon at least another 3 weeks if I am lucky. I am not too upset. Thought I would be, but it's winter time and I haven't got any thing dressy coming up really for ages. My surgeons instructions said bra at 8 weeks anyway. I just don't wanna naughty word anything up x
