Got a letter through the door this morning saying my nhs appointment has been changed to 10 days earlier.
Normally I would be happy with this but im still not at my target and defo won't be almost 2 weeks earlier.
Plus im working the day hes given me so wouldn't be able to go anyway.

Looks like I have a bit longer to reach my target and hopefully they'll give me an appointment in mid june

It's worked out for the better then, giving you that little bit extra time to reach your target weight without putting yourself under pressure. XXX

I'm sure you'll reach your target weight and with the little bit extra time it will make it a little less stressful    Hug  .XXX

Managed to get my appointment changed. Its now 14th july. So I have 2 extra months.
I don't feel so stressed anymore I can concentrate on losing my weight without worrying I only have 4 weeks. X
