Size concern??? 310 or 365cc
Hey there I'm booked in for surgery 22nd November. I have had my pre-op and met the lovely Paul Clarke I was expecting him to be like most health professionals very snooty and in a rush but he really was lovely so down to earth. Anyways before I carry on rambling he has suggested either 310 or 365cc overs (unless I need unders on day of surgery) I think he favours overs. I am a tall beanpole lol 5'9" size 8 9 stone I barely fill an a cup.. I tried the implants on in transform but to be honest compared to what I am now they both felt huge although looked nice in the mirror I really don't have a clue. I said the 365's but am now worried if I go too big I will get early sagging or rippling but if I go with 310's will I be gutted I chose the smaller?? Just how much difference is there to trying on the implant in a bra to when it's actually in your breast how much do you lose panic panic lol x x x

Re: Size concern??? 310 or 365cc
I am a skinny Minnie , had partial
Unders and I have slight rippling at the sides but hardly visible. I didn't have enough skin or whatever to fit overs in! I was muscle and bone. Did u ask the surgeon any more advice? I had 385Cc, I didn't wanna be any smaller then a C cup, but I am a DD and I don't look much different dressed then when I wore my padded bra's with fillets in etc, but undressed Wow! And have a mighty fine cleavage .I am very pleased, but early days, so if I go a bit smaller
that's fine too! Did he mention rippling? I haven't read about one lady wanting to go smaller on here, if anything they wish they had gone bigger x good luck Hun x

Hi jakki32 he said all implants can cause rippling and it was him that suggested one of the two sizes I think I'm worried about ending up looking like Victoria beck ham with her stuck on boobies lol. What is the difference between your ba result and trying on the implants beforehand? Congratulations on your ba too I've heard it is really life changing confidence wise. My kids can't swim because I have never worn a swimming costume that's how badly I hate my flat chest I can hide my bee stings in padded bras and clothes. I was set on 365s when I left the clinic but as soon as I got home I wondered if they were too big x x

Hi Scatty247. As with Jakki32, I'm also in the skinny Minnie club! I'm no expert, but there will not be too much difference between the two. Like Jakki32 said, many ladies do wish they had gone bigger (I certainly did with my first BA). If your surgeon is happy with the 365cc, my personal opinion would be to go with that. However, as I said, I'm no expert, but I'm sure others who are very knowledgable on this forum will be able to give you advice. Let us know what you decide. good luck xx

Re: Size concern??? 310 or 365cc
hun, the surgeon will advise whats right for you and your body based on the look you're wanting to achieve, so I wouldn't worry about looking like VB if you've explained to him fully what the look you're after is. Deciding on size is a tough decision, one that we all go through. From what i've read from ladies on here and also tv/mags etc most people do wish they'd gone bigger, however there is a small minority who feel their implants are too big so i'd advice against choosing the bigger option just because others have said go for biggest. I'd suggest going back for a 2nd consultation to try the implants on again, wear a white top as this gives the best idea of size and maybe take a close friend or loved one with you who can also help you choose which looks best on you. You can always ask if the surgeon can take both sizes in on the day and go with the one that looks best? xx

Lol thanks both I didn't realise just how hard it would be deciding its such a big thing literally to have on your shoulders hee hee ! I'm due back in on Monday to pay my balance so I'm thinking of asking my other half to come and ill ask to try them both again. I have Paul Clarke and I've heard he favours natural look. I just felt silly trying them on it looks like I've played dress up and shoved some balls in my bra so hard to imagine how they'll look once done x x

Re: Size concern??? 310 or 365cc
I think everyone i've read on here who's gone to a 2nd consultation to try on sizes has come out with a 100% firm decision on size. I think the 1st consultation there's just sooo much to take in, so going back for a 2nd where you only have to decide on size, and can have longer to really try on, look/feel the sizes on you etc is really beneficial :) xx

Well I did have porn star boobs for a while ha ha!! Seriously , I do get where u are coming from with the swimming etc . Were unders mentioned? I think their is less chance if it if you are slim etc, but I could be wrong. I have slight rippling on the side, but it's hardly visible and it seems quite common. Actually my BA result is pretty much what I was hoping for . The surgeon was in agreement that the size suited me better then the others . I was told post op he couldn't have got any bigger in, I am stretched to the max. I love them so much x over the moon x

Re: Size concern??? 310 or 365cc
Hi hun, I didn't decide until the morning of my op. I could of had the 410cc or 365cc but as you don't know what you'll end up it can be very hard.
My hubby came with me on my BA day and he actually said the 365 suited my frame as I'm size 8 and 5ft 7". Part of me wishes I had 410 but my nurse said they are a great size for me so I'm pleased. But I totally agree with jakki, in jumpers etc at the mo most look at me who know and say they wouldn't know. Not the best thing to hear but when I take top off etc you can see they are looking good.
So I would say take a partner or friend to help you decide.

Re: Size concern??? 310 or 365cc
It's a difficult one Hun.
I second the others that say in clothes you don't look much different if you wear padded bras.
I was having 375 cc as I didn't want to be too big but on the morning of op asked if I could go to 400 as wanted to make sure I was happy and didn't wish for bigger.
I have boobie greed and now swellings gone I wish they were bigger and that in clothes I did look different, was upset when a girlfriend asked if I had chickened out of having it done as I didn't look different and had in fact had my ba :(
Without clothes I do look different and am pleased with results. I thought when I tried on sizes in consultation that they looked huge but now they are in and real they don't look as big.
Take some pictures in the different sizes and see what you look like, that helped me. You can always still wear padded push up bras and make them look bigger, you can't however make them look smaller!!!
Good luck and let us know what you decide xx

I would say ask to try them on again I had to choose 365, 410 or 460 when I went back I completely ruled out 365 and decided 460 looked too big for me. Now I'm 100% on 410 and can't wait! You will feel so much better if you try them on again-I took some one with me to help too xx
