Im so sorry to hear this hun. That woman ...there are absolutely no excuses for her behaviour. Im glad the doc is meeting you tomorrow. I think you should make a formal written complaint about the receptionist.

I feel quite sad for you and hope it all goes well for you when you see the doc tomorrow. xx

Goodness - just read all this - how awful! I hope your OK, glad your getting to see GP tomorrow. What an awful woman at Transform, I would definitely put in a complaint about her. That is a shocking code of conduct to have.xx
