Re: fed up of my bras cant find the right size
I'm 29 under bust babe and wear a 32 band. Fitters say I should really wear a 30FF but I can't breathe in it! So feel more comfortable in the 32.
If you're comfortable in the 30, you really should be wearing that band babe. It's the band size that offers support for your boobs so this is very important.
So if you're coming down a band size you should go up a cup size, so you should look for a 30GG
It would really be best for you to have a proper fitting though if you haven't had one already Dawn. Bravissimo, or any other specialist lingerie shop would be your best start hun. Then once you get your size if you don't want to buy from there there are plenty of shops online to buy that size from. Xx

Re: fed up of my bras cant find the right size
going to have to find a bra shop as debenhams is nearest and they are useless i dont know whether bra is too big, which is annoying as i had bigger implants but seem to be smaller lol ive tried on a 30 before and it was too tight so think 32 better just cant work out cup size :(
Re: fed up of my bras cant find the right size
Most of the support for your boobs should come from the band not the straps so I'd say stick with a 30 back, you should always be able to start on the last hooks and work your way in over time after general wear and washing. So as cookie righty said go down a band size up a cup so ye's 30GG . And vice versa up a band size down a cup.
But defiantly go and have a fitting hunny, it's amazing how wearing the right size bra and best fitting bra can make a diffrence to comfate and the shape of your boobs x

all my bras are 32 and i have to wear on tightest hook quite quickly as feels too loose but 30 feels too tight but will go try some on xx
Re: fed up of my bras cant find the right size
A bravissimo will be your best bet hunny, they really are fantastic with bigger boobs and have ranges with small back too as I most stores start their bras from a 32 which is actually to big for me. But once you know your size in a particular brand you can shop online! :) x Freya do an amazing deco plunge bra which make your boobs xx ....!

Re: fed up of my bras cant find the right size

Re: fed up of my bras cant find the right size
If you have an old bra you can cut the hook and eye bit off and use the eye bit as an extender
