Re: Fake or natural?
I wanted real looking at first - had never had boobs I could wear with no bra since they were semi-tubular and very unusual looking with no bra.
After I have children though, I plan to get my re-op and go a couple hundred ccs bigger - I think they look 100% natural now and wouldn't mind a "fake look" for my 40s

I'd like it to look like I was naturally blessed...which I used to be before I lost weight!

Re: Fake or natural?
Natural look all the way.. I'm in my 30s and I don't feel I could carry off a huge fake pair of boobs, I don't want people to guess I've had a BA just think I've got good boobs for a 30 something

Im tuberous too and just want a pair of normal natural looking boobs because big or small that is something i have never known =[ x
Re: Fake or natural?
Mostly natural but with the ability to look fake should the mood take me.... Is that asking too much?

Re: Fake or natural?
For me, I like a bit of both... I like that they are on the slightly larger side for my frame and are nice and firm, but not fake enough to be obviously fake... Kinda like has she/hasn't she... :) xxx

Re: Fake or natural?
I just love boobs! For me, I wanted them to look natural. Hubby says they're huge, but I think they're just the right size for me and what I was after.
But on some people the larger round look is great. I agree with some prev posts VBs looked bad but I think that's more because she had them pushed up under her chin and denied it!

Re: Fake or natural?
Difficult one...I am just so happy to have some boobs and be able to wear clothes without having a 'paddy' before going out as I've got nothing to wear. Wore a dress to work today and actually now fill the chest area...was so excited when I put it on!!
I like the idea of them looking natural for everyday but maybe being able to get a bit of a boost type bra for those special nights out!!x

Re: Fake or natural?
16 months on & I'm suffering boob greed... I was very happy like many to actually HAVE some boobs initially, but now I feel they are still small (admittedly, not as small as they were.. they were pretty non-existent!). I still don't have a cleavage due to a gap.
I don't mind the fake look, with virtually no natural tissue, it's impossible to achieve a totally natural look anyway. I really want bigger ones now though...!! Argh!!

Re: Fake or natural?
I'm happy with what I've got at the moment -it's better than having none or very little.
When I was out tuesday night (after review appointment) went for tea and I think I heard a guy wolf whistle but not sure as was walking quite quick as food had been delivered to table.
