Fake or natural?
What's the look that best appeals to you?
I used to like both when I had my first BA, but over time (for me) my boobs become more and more apparent they were far too large for me and I was out of proportion, I opted for a smaller implant for my second surgery and now strive for a more natural appearance (I still think my boobs are too big!) so I do try a lot of the time to 'dress them down' unless I'm going out somewhere nice and them ill give 'em a bit of va-va-voom! Lol
So natural best appeals to me xx

Re: Fake or natural?
I guess I want to have a 50% fake 50% natural look - hard to explain but natural with roundness..good job I have lots of photos to show the surgeon lol
I know what you mean cookie, it must be easier to make your boobs look larger when you need them to, rather than trying to play them down on a day to day basis...yours look fab though xxx

Re: Fake or natural?
Thanks Deexx
You summed it up really well... With big boobs you're sort of stuck with them, they're difficult to conceal and seem to define you rather than accentuate you.
When I say natural though, I do mean a natural 'look' rather than a natural 'breast'
Gawwwwwd, I'd never go back to what I had

Re: Fake or natural?
I like a bit of both, but I do find the longer I have my boobs the more I prefer the natural look on myself. Maybe it's because I'm getting older.
Re: Fake or natural?
Again a bit of both, with my first I wanted some boobs and they did look very natural a good decent size but a lot of people actually had a hard time telling whether they were real or implants. However during my pregnancy I loved having really big boobs and after I gave birth wanted a more 'fake' look. I was a bit dissapointed with my 2nd as even though a good size still didn't give me the look or size I wanted. However after having 800cc they are more the size and look I was after. They can actually be dressed down especially as I live in track suits and hoodies and then accentuated when I feel like. X

Re: Fake or natural?
This is a tough one! Originally I wanted to look as natural as possible and to just be in proportion with my body but as time has gone on I would like to be a little faker/top heavy looking. But then I don't think fake would suit my personality or the way I dress so I'm sure I made the right choice.
Besides, a good bra goes a long way!x

I just wanted boobs!!! lol... suppose natural but full, not too big hence the 345 implants, getting more natural and less stuck on looking by the day , starting to really love them! X

Re: Fake or natural?
I like abit of both. I love the fake look for nights out and pretty much any other time than when I'm in work. But when in work, interviews ect I like to keep them covered and try not to draw attention to them to much. I guess it's partly cos I don't want people in work talking about me.

Re: Fake or natural?
When I had my 1st BA I also just wanted boobs, I know have the boobs I feel I should have been born with! Most people would struggle to tell whether they were real or fake.
Looking into my 2nd BA I'm not saying I would go for a more fake look but I would like them bigger and more rounded than they are now. Xx

Re: Fake or natural?
I prefer the natural look myself. I don't mind the semi natural look, where you can tell they're fake but they still look good ... i just don't like the really round/can see the top of the implant look. It's not really 'me' and wouldn't suit my personality i think.

Re: Fake or natural?
Agreed deexx that's exactly what I was going to say... For me I don't want too big (this is my biggest worry at the moment) but want the fullness of fake boobs. And this might sound stupid but I would rather have fake dd/e boobs than real ones, just for the shape xx

Re: Fake or natural?
For me, i prefer the more natural shape as in less fullness at the top and more at the bottom. mine have that shape already so im really chuffed. but i like the idea that I'll be able to hoist them up in a push up bra and get a nice full cleavage.
I do think the round full faker look is sexy but i just wouldn't have it myself. don't think i'd be able to pull it off so I'll stick with my lovely 410s Xx

Bit of both for me! I didnt want huge boobs but I wanted the roundness and the upper pole fullness that you get from fake boobs!

Re: Fake or natural?
Me too mais04...i don't want massive boobs, but i love the fullness on top look. I prefer bigger fake boobs than bigger real ones, but that might just be because for the last couple of years i've been obsessing over fake boobs while i saved haha xxx

Re: Fake or natural?
I really wanted a natural look, just to be in proportion for my body shape and rib cage/massive shoulders!! With my 460 hp I definitely look in proportion, and the shape is great, my nipples Are even more central than expected (I was borderline needing an uplift but chose standard BA) But as soon as they started to drop and settle I missed the upper pole fullness. Round 2 I do think I would opt 520ish xhp...maybe that's just the boob greed talking.
Cookie you are so right about bras! I just grAbbed any this morning, with a wrap over dress and its made them look tiny!! :-((( I swear noone would believe me of I said I'd had a BA!!x

I wanted the natural look, - 'young natural boobs' where they're still full, but not like footballs.

Re: Fake or natural?
Natural for me ... i was so so concerned they would look too big and too fake for my frame. I was also concerned if that was the case i would have to change my sense of style and be unable to wear my crop tops and braletts without looking like i have too much on show. However so far this size is just right, i actually have a bust now instead of nothing at all. If i want to emphasize my boobs i can just buy a good push up bra but i imagine it would be harder to make them smaller!

Re: Fake or natural?
I did say natural when the surgeon asked me at consultation. But I was happy to just get boobs that I would of been happy with whatever really. 10days post op so have yet to dress/push them up with a nice bra and experiment with the look I like best. X

Re: Fake or natural?
I like 50/50... so people say they are too good to be true lol but are still convinced they are real because I'm curvy. I like fullness at top, atm I have natural cleavage with my 700cc, but I want more fullness and projection, so 1425cc should do that. I like mine to be noticed..hey we did pay for em girlies. I got boob greed the other day and the girl has natural boobs but they look the same size as mine, I was thinking 2 months to go and boob greed will vanish and I can finally wear tight tops like hers. If i wear tight tops now my boobs make me look slightly pear shaped in clothes xx
