Sleeping bolt upright lol !!
Hi girlies
Does anyone know how long your suppose to sleep in a upright position ?? Is it just till you feel comfortable to sleep lower or is it a time frame thing ? Forgot to ask my surgeon so thought I would ask you all ??

There's no need to sleep upright Zoie... As long as your head nd shoulders are raised above your chest that should be enough to help with the swelling lovely. Xx
