Is it normal if the bottom of your boob is hard?

It's probably normal and I'll sound silly BUT is it normal for your implant to feel hard at the bottom of your boobs just about the scar!?

It has been bugging me for days and the rational part of my mind says "It's just the implant" but I can't help thinking it's not normal to be hard!?

The rest of my boobs are getting softer slightly.

The scar and skin around it can feel hard Hun, oce the 6 week checks been done and you have the go ahead, try bio oil and massaging the scar gently to soften it up, but it's completely normal. It takes months and months for the implants and skin to completely soften up your sill v.eraly post op xx

Count down the days until you have a shower...it will fly by though and it will be the best ever!

Hey Zoie, my boobies are still numb to touch at the bottom...it's really horrible when your partner touches it and you can't feel it :/ Grosses me out lol!

Mine was the same for a while..and it felt hard and numb and a bit lumpy..but now all is going really well and i use Bio oil on the area helps to softern and heal your scar...big hugs xx

Ho zebra1984, me again, seems like your always a few steps ahead of me!!
Just found this thread and am wondering if your hardness has got any better yet? My left boob underneath right on and all around the scar is super hard and very painful, went to my 2nd week check up and nurse agreed it was hard and the implant and scar and didnt seem concerned but today it seems to have got worse, done lots more today and over the weekend and not sure if its been too much and I've upset it? Everyone said it was normal on here so didn't think I should post new topic, is yours better now or has it continued, my top half seems to be softening well too?
Anyone else had same and how long before it returned to normal?

Hi Emily, my boobs are painful in the same places , around scar area, yet scars look fine x they are softening a bit, last week around felt hard . Hope this has helped xx

Thanks, sure it's normal but has come on a lot last night and today, fells really tough and rock hard but like a pulling sensation too, hope it doesn't last long, don't like it!!

Not too bad thanks. Sitting in squalor ( exaggeration but feels like it!), barely done anything and don't care, as long as kids ok that's all I am worried about. Had a low week last week with things but feel loads better thanks hun xx I know what u mean about the pulling sensations , I have panicked over them , but all is fine, Cookie n co have put my mind at rest xx hallelujah for this forum eh? :thumbs:
