Re: November Buddies
Good luck Cazzy for seeing your surgeon, exciting!
Good luck Mais for your app, I'm sure you will get the all clear. I got the all clear for a shower but am still a bit too scared coz my wounds didnlook healed enough for that if you ask me so gonna leave it a couple more days.
Well what a nightmare day I had yday, hubby went away leaving me with two really sick kids. My 4 year old started having nose bleeds everytime she had a coughing fit and then at 10pm there was blood splattered all over her bed and bathroom coz she had one. Managed to get it to stop and then half hour later same thing happened except I couldn't stop it. It was spurting out her nose the poor thing, she was terrified and so was I so rang an ambulance. They took us both to hosp as she had 4 so close together so had my mum come to watch my 2yr old. I had to tell the paramedics I had boob job as I am obv so early post op and couldn't lift her or anything. Ugh it was awful, they quarterised the vessel that popped and fingers crossed no nore blood. I was in agony but obv put my daughter first but hope I haven't delayed my own healing now too. Didn't get to bed till 3am :(
Sorry for the big rant and I know its off topic but good to tell someone lol!

Re: November Buddies
Hi not been online for a bit so need to look back and catch up with everyones news. sorry to see you have an infection Cookie. You seem to be going through a lot. I seem to be settling at a 36d which is what I wanted. Only just coming up to 4 weeks post op but they have settled and healed so much quicker than the 1st time. Getting desperate to wear underwired bras now. They seem to be softer and much nicer shape then when I had the pips. My hubby is very happy haha. xx

Re: November Buddies
oh forgot to ask about fluffing? None of my surgeons have ever mentioned it to me. Does it depend on what implants you have? Sorry to sound dim but Iv got no idea x

Re: November Buddies
Fluffing can happen with all implants babe although I'm unsure about the furry Brazilians because they are created to fix themselves straight away, but the rest will drop and settle lovely.
Fluffing: not everyone does fluff babe, but in all my 3 years here I've seen only about 3 women who haven't. Mostly all are very surprised at the size they are after their first fitting.
Lovely to see you back Manxie. It's good to hear from you xx

Re: November Buddies
Thanks :flowers: not sure what fluffing entails haha. Are there any info articles online to say what to do? x

I know! Seems like only yesterday doesn't it!
How's your healing going babe? You doing ok? Xx
And how is everybody else getting on? Xx
Bottom of my left boob is starting to weep now. Been a bit upset this morning because both boobs now are infected. I'm doing everything right to promote and encourage healing but I have such a low immune system I'm getting nowhere fast. Feel better though after having a good cry on hubby lol. Just got to get on with it now and get it sorted hey girl! Xxx

Re: November Buddies
Awww there's nothing to say really is there girls... I'm just fed up with it right now. I've got blisters too from the dressings and felt rock bottom this morning, but things have to get better soon, the only way when you're at bottom is up isn't it, so I'm clawing my way back up there! Lol.
Swabs showed infection snowy, so was given anti-bs and I'm back at clinic on Tuesday so ill get the nurse to sort leftie out for me then too.
It's difficult though getting up and down the clinic all the time, I'm unable to drive myself because of my medication so am dependant on hubby. We're self employed and if he doesn't work we don't get paid and with letting clients down we could lose business too. Everyone has been great so far but its still a worry isn't it.. Xx

Re: November Buddies
So, so sorry to hear all this cookie. Because they waited to find out what the organism was, you know you are on the right antibiotic - hopefully this will clear your infection quickly. That, along with your Inadine dressings should scare those nasty little bugs away! xxx
