Re: November Buddies
Not long now!
How's everone getting on with preparing? I've started using bio-oil twice daily, bought my arnica, macoms, scar strips etc and just ordered heat/cool packs and exfoliating gloves (PS told me to scrub in the days leading up to my op).
Am I missing anything important?x

Good list toritza. I'm using bio oil too. Haven't bought a bra and won't until after my pre op as I'm thinking he will say a lose fitting bra but don't want to risk buying the wrong thing and wasting money. Iv been spending far too much time glued to here too, boobs are taking over my brain so I'm trying to ween myself off a bit lol!x

Re: November Buddies
My some of you are so organised aren't you! I've been moisturising my boobs like crazy trying to make sure the skin in good condition for my new scars. My new sports bras should come tomorrow, I got the tri action one, never had that one before but it's coming out tops in reviews so that's good enough for me!
I'm a day case so don't really need to worry about anything else, so once my bras are here I'm all set xx

Re: November Buddies
Can't say I rate bio-oil much myself... It's a lot of money and I find the palmers cocoa butter so much better.
Yeah, you should follow what Mr. M wants from your recovery hun and I'm sure you'll get an amazing result! Xx

Re: November Buddies
Thanks Shelly!
Torizia you made me laugh about your 'yearning boobs'
My sportsbras came the other day... I'm whacking on the moisturiser as much as I can now. Can't believe it's almost here xx

Re: November Buddies
How are the rest of you November buddies getting on?
I've hit a calm after having a little wobble about bottoming out and further bad scars but I'm feeling much better now.

Re: November Buddies
I'm going to see my surgeon again on Thursday, just to go over any last minute things so I feel Moore comfortable before having my surgery, so I think that helped me feel a lot better. Xx
Re: November Buddies
Cookie I'm wondering if to see mine again. I am paying the remaining bill on Wednesday and I know I'll freak right out & have a wobble. I just want it to be done & over with, the time is dragging!xox

Re: November Buddies
If you're able to have another cons ultrasound with your surgeon Cazzy, I'd definitely advise it hun
Your first consultation... Although you've taken it all in, it's really hard to get your head around, especially after talking on forums such as ours and things becoming clearer. So being able to see your surgeon just before your surgery date really helps to get those Ts crossed and the Is dotted in preparation for your big day. You really do take great comfort from it hun. Xx
