How long did bruising last Empty How long did bruising last

I'm 5 1/2 weeks post op and the small bruise on the bottom of my boob that was there early post op is still there. At my 1 week check up my dr. said it would go away. It has faded slightly but is still there? I never knew bruises took this long to heal..thoughts?

We all heal at different rates lovely. I bruise easily and take a long time for bruising to go and bruised like a peach after my BA. It took a good 6 or 7 weeks for all my bruising to go hun. xx

Only just read this, I still have a bruise above one of my nipples and I'm also 5 1/2 weeks x

Like Cookie said it will go eventually, some people bruise and some don't so try not to compare your recovery to anybody else's. xx
