Is cocoa butter cocoa butter?! Empty Is cocoa butter cocoa butter?!

I am 6 weeks post-op today and I saw the nurse last monday who told me I could start massaging my scars, but I thought I would hold off (who knows why!)
My question - Is cocoa butter all the same? I have a body shop cocoa butter, would that be okay to use?

I can't get to town until the weekend to get some bio-oil and they are very dry around the scars today, and flakey skin is not nice!

Cocoa butter will be fine lovely Is cocoa butter cocoa butter?! 184153 I actually prefer cocoa butter to bio-oil. xx
