Had my post op check with nurse yesterday ( 2 weeks delayed but that was my fault) and seems as though everything is fine, she didn't do much apart from take photos and say 'are you leaving your bra off at night?' which was complete news to me! And I am not allowed to wear underwired bras for 3 months, good job I haven't been!

Tbh Transform are crap with aftercare advice! I didn't know any of this and I think it should of been brought to my attention. I admit I have been naive and maybe should of asked myself but sometimes you just don't think.
