i am having my 2nd post op nurse check and was just wandering what is covered in this?..

They'll probably show you massage techinques, and how to use your Bio Oil, they'll just check you're healing well that's all. It'll be pretty quick xx

oh ok, thank you , i dont think i have to massage i have the new natrelle implants... apparently no massage necessary!!
hopefully will be out of this minging sports bra!!!

Noooo, sports bra bound for 6 weeks huni! I think everyone has to massage regardless of implants, to prevent hardening of the tissue. No implant can guarantee that x

I didn't have to massage, was never shown how, I was only instructed to massage scars at 6 weeks in a firm circular motion with bio oil. You never know hun, you may be allowed out of the sports bra as each surgeon has different ways of working, but even if you do have to wait until 6 weeks, it's not too bad. I'm not sure what they will be checking, at mine they checked how scars were healing, checked how my new boobs were healing/softening and took some after pics. They then asked me how I was doing if I had any problems and booked me an appointment to see my surgeon at 3 months post op.
