Wow!
How quick has this come around!!

My op is tomorrow, on my way to bromsgrove, some shopping today and op tomorrow :))

I haven't smoked at all for 7 days now, only thing is I have a cough now which I imagine is going to be agony after tomorrow when I need to cough!

So so excited as would like to thank everyone on here for advice and help given to me!!

Good luck for today Steph x what is it your having? I'm booked in for implant and nipple lift on the 30th, I've only just noticed this forum that is specific to lifts etc so I'll have to have a good nosey through.
I am smoking a cig as we type with only 9 days left. Once this packet has gone I'm gonna stick on a patch then from Monday only have gum then cold turkey from next Saturday so my system will have been clear of nicotine for 48 hours. Congrats on managing to pack in x

Thanks lian :) I'm having a full breast lift with 285cc implants! Sat in my gown as we speak just waiting for me Payne! I think they said I'm 3rd on the list :)

Hopefully shoulnt be too long now :)

I had a cough from quitting but mut admit I do feel alot better, but also have a cold haha xxx

I did a super juice detox at the beginning of this week so I've started cramming in the vitamins and minerals... Though I may have wrecked that by my la tasca feast on Thursday night...

I'm all done girls!!! Feeling fab apart from I'm awake now as I can't sleep on my back!!!
They look amazing already and I'm so pleased!!! Mr panes really happy with the , I'm in love with them and I cannot wait to show them off!!!

The anaesthetic actually got rid of my cold for the day and antibiotics cleared my sinus pain I was getting haha xxxx

I wouldnt to be honest hun. It may not do any harm but you never know. You will have to take it off soon to put a clean one on but I left it 3 days because the incisions were covered so I felt it was ok to leave my bra on for that time. Then I had a good look dance xx
