Only advice I can give babe is to be clear with what you ask for, if you're taking pics with you, try to ensure the models have the same or very similar body type as yourself so the surgeon can get a realistic view of what you want.
Take a note pad and pen with you to jot down the surgery plan requested for you and if you dont understand something the surgeon has requested then do ask him to explain. Don't feel rushed at any time, this is an important decision you're going to make so you want to get it right, so don't leave until you feel satisfied you have all the information you need.
You 'may' be able to try implants on, so to get a realistic view on what they might look like, wearing a white T-shirt will help, rather than a dark one which give the illusion of smaller.
No matter how happy you are with the consultation or how excited you are or how many offers you might get thrown at you, never book on the day, the offers will always be there for you, so do go home and digest all the information you are given first, I think you've had other consulations already if I'm right, so take time to compare the surgery plans and you soon get a feel for what you feel is right for yourself, if you haven't had other consultation, then it would be wise to get at the very least another one, so you have a surgery plan and surgeon to compare with before deciding.
Hope all goes well lovely and looking forward to hearing how you get on. xx

Hi hun, I'd say make sure you have a list of questions to ask him, Mr Chanterasak is very to the point and you may not like him, or what he has to say. He is a very good surgeon though and very well know for his small neat scars. But he's a bit like marmite you will either like him or you wont. I liked his to the point attitude, not suguar coating anything. He will probably give you implants to try on, I'd maybe take a sports bra with you in roughly your desired size (as when I went he'd lost the bra they give you to use) he will offer his opinion on the size implants he feels will get you to the size you want, but if you feel they are too small dont be afraid to ask to see and try on more sizes. He will warn you if he feels the size would be too big for you or that you wouldn't get a good result. Have a lovely consultation

Defo bring a little notepad and pen.. with a list of questions to ask him, and also so you can jot down any info he may give you. Honestly, when i went for my consult my head was in such a tizz with nerves and excitement, if i hadnt have had my notebook with me, I wouldnt have had a foggy what was said to me! haha! Good luck, let us know how you get on xx
