I'd maybe buy a cup size larger Dawn, so maybe a 32FF or a 34F (remember if you go up a back size, you come down a cup size lovely, so currently you should be buying a FF in the 34 bands sweetie. xx

Macoms are bought by the band size arent they hun, so if you fluctuate between the 32 and 34 band, I'd stick with the 34 hun, which if my memory serves me right, is the medium. xx

You will still have swelling Dawn, just as you did your 1st BA What size post op bra is needed? 1978086825 It's very possible though that you may have a much quicker recovery this time around as most of the skins stretching has already been done and the pocket already created, so maybe try some sportsbras on now to see which sizes fits best, then just buy the next cup size up from there? xx

Maybe go and try some bras on Dawn? If you're happy with a front fastening bra but not the kind that clip together for the reasons you explained then maybe try the M&S zipped front fastener?

Weird, my ps told me to use the same size as my old bra but when I did that the band was just way too tight on my incision. I had to go up a band and cup size. Only then did it feel comfortable! I told my ps about it and he said its fine. Whatever feels comfortable. I hunk he jus wanted to make sure ts a mug fit.

I tried the zip front from M&s but it kept riding up and pressing against my incision so I went back and changed it to a light blue one that is cris-crossed at the back and fastens at the back. It is way more comfortable.
