Re: PS leaving...
This does happen most often in the larger commercial clinics, I'm on my 3rd surgeon in 5 years now with Transform.
You're right to research the sureons that are remaining Jay and get the best surgeon for you instead of you possibly being allocated a surgeon who just isnt right for you. xx

Re: PS leaving...
Thanks Cookie. Its Harley Medical. How do I find out who there best is? The two I have been recommended are Mr Mohan and Dr Sleiter. But not sure if thats just because they go to my clinic. Stressful! xxx

Re: PS leaving...
I'd call as a '*cough* new 'customer' and request a list of surgeons working in your area babe. From the list, go through the GMC register and BAAPs/BAPRAS foreign surgeons may not be on those lists but check they are a UK specialist register for plastic surgery and being a specialist also in reconstruction surgery is always a bonus.
Once you've got your short list, then I'd use the information from the lovely women who leave comments about their surgeon online, check all positive and any negative comments you might fond as well as looking online for any information you can find. I think you get a general feel for the one you want from your research. I know it sounds a bit long winded Jay, but I feel it's worth it should you be unlucky and need further surgery in the future. xx
