Hi girls,
I had my BA in December 2011 265 high profile overs which have taken me from a 32b/c to a 32dd. I've not been totally happy with the size as they only look a c to me, although they do look natural. Didn't realise at the time that fake boobs measure bigger! I went to see Marcus Sfzora THG. He has offered me 420 extra high profile overs. I'm wanting the dd look!

Will 420cc extra high overs look really fake and round? Or could they stil look natural? Definitely don't want the stuck on look. I'm 5-5 and 9 stone, size 8 .
Thanks for your help

OMG hun we could be twins!!

I had my op September 2011 and Im having a re-op. Im 5'2" 8 stone 10 and of medium build I had 335 and 365 and feel tiny! I have no upper pole fullness atm and have been told extra high profile will help this but Im also worried about looking fake!

Im considering having 400 and 420 xhp.

Sorry for gatecrashing your thread but Im interested in the replies and maybe we could keep in touch? Im seeing my surgeon on Monday and hoping for re-op 31/5/12.

This is my worry to as I am upgrading to 395 high profiles but I dont have alot of breast tissue and will still have a wide gap in my chest. I think you should be ok because you have some existing breast tissue. You may look a little fake but mainly because of the size. I love you Avi! I wish mine looked like that!

Hi ladies!

Jayney I had 420s from a completely empty a and I'm now measuring a DD/E. If you started with a B/C you should be fine! And alot bigger than me!
I also had Marcos Sforza and I am thrilled with mine!

I'm sorry I'm not much help on the gap width thing, but this was something I was really worried about also as I had no tissue and they seemed far apart, but they don't look far apart at all - not much help there like lol but I just mean don't worry too much! :)

Generally extra high profiles are used for women who are very slim and have a tiny frame, they are the narrowest implant of all the profiles but do give more forward projection.

I had a re-op but reduced my size from 460CCs to 410CCs, the most obvious change to my boobs is the width - it's weird that I actually measure larger now, but look so much smaller! The change in width had made an enormous difference to my size.

If you feel the high profiles are what will fit your frame, you could take to your surgeon about just increasing the size so that not only will your breast be larger but the profiles will also fit your frame.

You really should go back and speak with your surgeon hun, take in pictures to show your surgeon exactly the look you're hoping to achieve, there are lots of boobs in mens mags such as Nuts mag for you to browse through and find the 'look' you like.

Aim for a 'look' rather than a 'size' you'll have a better chance of getting what you want and giving your surgeon an actual visual to see will help so much as surgeons do not work in cup sizes, they work in volume (CCs) so 'seeing' the 'look' you want will help them so much in deciding how many CCs will be required to achieve that result. xx

Hiya, I had a re-op in Nov 2011 with extra high profiles. I had my first ba in june 2008 which were 390 unders and a low profile which were totaly wrong for me and looked like 'boy pecs', massive gap and didnt move at all! For my re-op i had 750cc unders which sounds alarmingly huge but they are not and I also didnt tell anyone apart from close friends and a few family members-my grown up son dosen't even know. None of my work colleagues have noticed but I dont wear 'booby' tops for work lol! I have naturaly wide boobs hence the large amount of cc's. They probably only look a dd but I also have much less of a gap and they have movement. Think boobie antamony is a science! Good luck with seeing your surgeon again
