Advice needed please :)
Hi girlies
Hope your all well? I've not been on here for a while, I just wondered if anyone who is 5 months post op and more can help ?
I'm feeling very creepy and poorly just not right and I have pains again in my boobs could something be wrong ?? I've got the feeling back totally in the right boob and it feels like my implant is touching my skin but my boobs look totally normal and the same. Maybe it's just that I can now feel my scar if I touch it. My boobs look normal no redness or hot to touch but panicking I might have an internal infection or something ???
I'm such a worrier sometimes so any advice would be good

You probably can feel your implant under the skin babe, remember your implants are only 'partially' under the muscle and released at the bottom so its very possible to be able to feel the implant there and MANY of us can, its totally normal. I use mine as a stress ball poking it in and out lol
As for feeling experiencing pains in your boobs, well that could be one of two things sweetie - again all normal.
It could be that you're possibly overdoing things and this is your body's way of telling you to take it a little easier. Have you been doing anything like lifting or pushing or pulling anything heavy of late?
Or it could be nerve sensation hun. Your boobs don't stop healing once you get the all clear from your surgeon. They continue healing for up to a year or more sweetness and its possible to experience pain from that anytime during that year.
It really doesn't sound like anything at all to be concerned about Zoie, but if you are overly concerned you should be able to go back and have a free consultation with your surgeon Zoie, if only to get some reassurance babe. Xx

Thanks Cookie for your advice you always make me feel better :-) I was thinking all sorts of things like septicaemia, I really am a worrier sometimes lol .
I will keep an eye on it and see how I feel , I do think that if it was my boobs then surely they would be sore to touch or red and hot.
Thanks again hunni xxx

Great advise from cookie, we are still healing internally for many many months after , I'm still getting the odd day where they will ache or feel shooting pains, bit hurty but I know it's all normal , nerves, muscle and internal healing are all still going on long after surgery. X
