Hi. I can only speak for myself because obviously we are all different. I had my second boob job 18 days ago (pip replacement !!!) and I have no real feeling in my nips at all. It doesnt surprise me as I didnt really get all sensation back from 1st job 2yrs ago.I kind of expected it to be honest. As I am only 18 days post op I still dont have any feeling on the bottom parts of my boobs, this doesnt really worry me as I know from before it will come back gradually (I hope!!) I think 6 weeks is still kind of early hun and I would nt worry too much .I havent been much help but I think if you know other girls have the same probs as you its not quite so bad. Glad you love your new boobies. Lots of love x

I've got feelings in both my nipples - lefty is back to normal, righty feels like its been twisted every time I touch it, so try to keep away from that one.
I'm still numb under my right boob.

Hi there - I'm 33 days post BA and right nipple feels perfectly normal, maybe even more sensitive.. and lefty feels if I pat the nipple, like I've got a light cloth between, can't feel completely yet there, and interesting lower half of left breast is still numb, which makes me think I've got some more dropping too due. XOXO

Everyone heals at different rates honey, you have to think of all those little nerves that have been 'shocked' so to speak by the surgery. Some of the little pathways have been cut and will have to heal themselves and maybe even reroute. Even ar 6weeks PO you will still have a lot of internal swelling and that. One day you'll just notice you have sensation back.. at least thats how it was for me!x

Ok, just worried . I went tuba to lessen the the risk of numbness. My nips play a major role in getting me over the top ; )

It doesn't really matter what incisions you have as the pocket for the implant is still cut/made so numbness can occur, sometimes temporary sometimes permanent. It can take a full year or more to regain sensations and sometimes they are less than you had before

Im 23 days post-op and Im desperately considering putting a breast feeding pad on mine because they are SUPER sensitive, this is new to me because I've never had much feeling pre BA, hopefully the sensitivity will be taken down a notch. i have little to no sensation near my crease though.
