Hi Guys,

This is really stange but, I am not suffering the usual problems with the pain killers and getting majorly bloated (quite to opposite in fact Shocked ) though am slightly bloated.

What i do have is some wierd jelly deposit on my belly!! It started 1d post op, it sits in the place, if you draw a line fron the top of your hip bone down to cut off your leg (where Men get that definition sometimes...) in that groove, and it's really jiggly and jelly like. It had gone down a lot yesterday but has seriously flared up today, on both sides - I look square and I no longer have a waist!

If i press it it feels a little sore, like a pulled muscle or a bruise

Does anyone else have anything like this?? Or is it just me!!?Post op belly - really strange 751387

hmmm ... cant help on that one (you should have seen me trying to fathom where abouts on your body you mean ... imaginarily <is that a real word?!?!> drawing a line to cut off my leg Post op belly - really strange 199385 ) ... but its probably just something and nothing - not to worry - maybe a little puffiness from after the op? but seems a bit far down for that. Maybe its just a bit of fluid? think the ga plays funny tricks on all our bits, especially the gut yeah but maybe other bits ?!

Sorry not much help there. Post op belly - really strange 571992

Maybe it could be an after effect of the anaesthetic? Sometimes they give a muscle relaxant to help during the op.... I'm sure it will improve over the next week or so x

Post op belly - really strange 557141 @ kat! I didn't really explain it very well - I guess, if you were wearing a baywatch-style, super high leg swim suit, it would be just inside the leg bit... it's not so bad today, maybe it's just the swelling falling down? My bra band isn't very tight...

aww it sounds awful, if they did give you the muscle relaxant, it works on whole body not just operation area.... apparantly thats why they have to put a tube down your throat to inflate your lungs - gave me a raging sore throat for 4 weeks after the op. Hope it subsides soon x
