2 days post op belly and bum lol
So I ended up at a&e last night compliments of NHS direct lol I must of strained somehow during surgery or recovery I know they held me down through recovery from kicking which don't remember whoops but I'm now the proud owner of a (tmi alert) strangulated pile add to that a HUGE bloated belly and gas pain I should be a miserable little bugger but every time I look down at my new boobies I know in a week it'll all be worth it I am so happy in pain but HAPPY I am a woman
Anyway how long does bloated belly and gas pain usually last caus it's not helping my poorly bum bum xxx

Oh wow babe love your positive attitude! I had the budda belly for over a week and the bowel movement althought slow settle after the same period of time.
Make sure you drink plenty of water, eats lots of fruit veg and wetibix, that always encourages a bit of action for me.
That sounds a little gross. But hope it helps. Xxx

Oh poor you scatty, but both yours and 2nd time luckys' post did make me laugh. I also wish your bum a speedy recovery!
BUT - *wags finger* - walk away from the cigarettes (not even one puff!!). They are very bad for your new boobies and your healing process. They won't help your poor bum either! Lol x

Lol, you're so bad making me smile when you're going through such a rough time
I second what snowy said hun. Having just spoken to my nurse last week about smoking and healing, without putting a dampener on the fun, she told me you actually increase the risk of infection and other problems by 50%. That's not to be ignored hunni, so please put yourself first and try not to be tempted again if you can.
We can be there to support you through not smoking if you need us babe.
Hopefully you'll start to feel like you've turned a corner after about a week hun. Xxx

Oh no! Sorry to hear that you are going through all of that! I can't imagine how you must be feeling. Although I still have not been able to go to the bathroom yet and I look like I have a baby bump at the moment. Makes me laugh when I look at myself in the mirror haha. Glad you're keeping in good spirits though because that'll help your recovery greatly. No more smoking for you either!! Bad bad!
