Im sure this question has been asked on here before but when are the scars ok for u to expose them to the sun? Im going on a family holiday so not sure i will go topless but want to know if I can show the twins off I can lol. Never thought about it until I got something worth showing off lol. Thanx xxx

Best to keep the scars covered for a year or they may go dark coloured!!! Just put total sunblock on them that should work !!xx

I was told a year too. To be honest when I lie on my back they look bloody huge and I might be a bit self-conscious with them standing to attention on a beach! On the other hand... how long til u can sunbathe topless? :) 727935

Am just wondering if it was blended finer a little bit away from the scar so as to not leave a definate line whether that would be any good. In the past ive used normal suncream but used a sunblock lipstick type thingumy for my nips - had been thinking about doing the same with the scar should I get the opportunity to flash them!

I know your not supposed to expose the scars but is there a minimum time you should wait to expose boobies at all because of the delicate stretched skin?

well my boobs have stretched well coz didnt go too big and my scars r doing great. i think if im brave i might try like u suggest wiv sunblock blended lol mayb if i dont lie flat but a lil upright so the suns not directly on my scars it may b ok? this is only if theres not many kids about but dont want daz white boobs like u say kat. first time ive had boobs and i wann ashow em off lol thanx everyone xxx

yeah im not sure i cud walk about but def sunbathe sitting or lying lol only prob is an old work collegue is actually at same hotel at the same time. dont mind strangers seeing the twins but not sure bout someone i no lol but then theres lots of pools and a beach so hopefully wont c her much,or at least wen im trying to loose all the strap marks lol xxx

Im goin to be VERY VERY bad this morning you lot!

Im goin to go on the sun bed DN DN DN! planning on covering all scars tho - may keep bra and knicks on even but I neeeeeeeeeeeeeed to have some colour. I look like a ghost compared to my avi pic!

Steph, i took my knickers off and just lay them over the front, as if they were on me - but so I wouldnt get a line on my back. I used my hands to cup my lower boobies and just kept moving my fingers about so it didnt leave a definate line - it worked cos you couldnt see where Id had them - but you could see where my knicks had covered my front bottom bits how long til u can sunbathe topless? :) 199385

Steph - the best thing to use is paper tape. You can pick it up at Boots where they sell all the band-aids and strapping tapes, etc. You can get it white, or skin coloured and just cut off enough to tape over the scars. You'll end up with little white non-tanned rectangles under your boobs, but you also won't have dark scars! :)
