How long with no bra??
Hi ladies,
I got the all clear to start wearing normal bras just over a week ago, what I'm wondering is, is it ok to go for a little while in no bra?

If you've been given the all clear as newboobz says to treat your boobs as your own you can do what you like with the, lovely... You can walk round braless for the rest of your life if you liked! The choice is yours babe. If you feel more comfortable wearing a sportsbra for the longer period of 12 weeks which does seem to becoming increasingly popular for surgeons to request their ladies to be in then that's up to you lovely.
I still wear sports bras for the majority of the time. I only get my nice lingerie out now if I'm going somewhere or wearing something that requires a nice bra underneath, other than that my sportsbras which I once despised have since become like a comfort blanket to me.... So its up to you hun. Wearing wired bras isn't compulsory, its choice and now you're given the all clear, the choice is yours. Xx

The thing that confused me is I still have to wear a sports bra at night, not that I'm complaining, they're so comfy, and I love the "my boobs arnt going anywhere" feeling they give you x
