I need some guidance on this:

Can anyone give me guidance on the best type of bra to use to help decide on the kind of size I want to go for. Are sports bras best for this as they give most coverage? Or is a regular bra in the desired size ok? Bra to help decide size 267328

Have you been asked to take a bra to decide on size to a consultation? Do you know what sort of size you would like to be?

I'm yet to book a consultation but I want to be as well prepared as possible for when I do.

I'm currently a 30AA and am thinking of going to a D.

I would do some research on some surgeons and clinics and maybe book a consultation. Take pictures with you of boobs you like to show the surgeon exactly the look you are going for. They do usually have bras available for you to try implants on with.
