Best surgeon for a big, natural look.
Hello everyone.
I was just wondering, who in your opinion, is the best surgeon to create a large, natural look? I'm a 34c and want to be a 34dd/e but I want to look like I was born that way, not like I have a pair of melons smuggled under my top!
Any recommendations would be brilliant.
Thanks.

Re: Best surgeon for a big, natural look.
Mr singh is very well known for liking the larger look, just tell him you want to look natural. Think he works for mya. However you should see a few surgeons. As for thg I think it's disgusting what they're doing to the ladies with pips so I would never recommend them. Or any other company that fits a bad implant then leaves their patient on their own. There are lots of surgeons and companies out there. Do your research and you will find the right one for you. Mybreast have a very good reputation and so do a lot of others. Surgeons will give you the look you want as long as you make it clear. I would show a surgeon pictures of boobs you like to give them a good idea.
I know I'm meant to be impartial but some companies get on my surgical enhanced t..s we'll see what the other companies like transform do for their pip patients now.

You have similar stats to me hun, I am 32C and wanted to go back to my pre-weightloss 32DD/E but want the DD look so am more likely to measure a 32F to get what I want. I am 5ft2 and 9st9 at the mo. I also want natural looking big boobs that look like they were always there.
I am going with Mr Meleagros from Transform having seen the results of some of the other girls on here, he seems to be a big boobie man. I am still pre-BA but felt really happy with him - happy to share my pics once you are active and I have had my BA.

I've been thinking about this a lot the last few days and have to be Honest, none of this sits very well with me. Had I known what I know now I might not have chosen them! Not only do I think what they have done and are doing is wrong with regards to the PIP implants, I'm also concerned that if they do pay out (which they rightly should!) then they go bust.... Where does that leave us ladies & our aftercare? Very worrying! Basically this not only affect those with PIP implants, but potentially ALL of us who have used these supposedly reputable companies!! xxx

Re: Best surgeon for a big, natural look.
I think my boobs are weird! Lol. They are wide (hence being a 34c) but they don't really stick out that much. So when I lean forward there is a big gap in the cups!!
Is having a wide boob a good foundation for an implant? And is partial unders the best way to keep the big boob look natural?

Sorry hun, didn't mean to hijack your post! As you know I thought my surgeon Mr Hassan was fab. I love love my boobs and he has done an amazing job!
I would definitely book in with a few different surgeons and see what they think would be best for your current size & frame. They will go through with you what you hope to achieve & will advise you based on this. xxx

JoJo I agree totally. This is very worrying. I didn't realise thg weren't going to replace the pips. I'm shocked and disappointed. Good point about our aftercare too, what a worry. X x

Re: Best surgeon for a big, natural look.
Hlt67 bless you...what a tricky decision. At the end of the day, u aren't having pips. I'm still glad I went with this company and my surgeon. I am shocked at how they are handling this situation, but was very impressed with the care I received and my results. Allergen are a good make of implant, don't panic x x x

Yes I have to say thg were brilliant. I had no complaints at all about their care and so far their aftercare has been great! I can't fault my surgeon or his work either. Sorry didn't mean to scare. I am sure as Thg is such a big company, even if they did replace all the PIP's, they wouldn't go under and our aftercare will be safe. xxx

It is a worrying thing but I still think THG is the one. Like you say there are others that aren't willing to pay for the replacement of new ones. I wish it was this week when I see Mr Hassan grrr!!

My boobs are the same, always have been, even before having children when I used to like them and they had a nice shape. I always had to wear 34b because of breast width, but had emptiness at the front. I've tried going down a size but there's no way I fit in a b even though I think I look a b not c.
In my case PS should change this somewhat in my case as he plans to reshape breasts as he lifts them. The projection of your implants should sort this out, it should also make shopping for bras a lot easier :)

I currently hate bra shopping too as bras never fit right.
Yeah if I go down to a 34b the fullness is there but the base of my boob is getting squished by the underwire!!

Re: Best surgeon for a big, natural look.
It's very annoying, if I go down a cup size the top of most bras cut into my breasts so you'd think it's simple just go up a cup size, but then there's some emptiness at the front. 32c works for nonwired this seems to reflect my true size, plus I prefer this band size supports better, I get the same thing with underwire squishing outside of my boobs. So usually I have to settle for emptiness at the front, otherwise it's bra squishing top and sides of boobs
My friend wears 34c and has 375cc implants, how does that work, we look completely different, I look a b, she looks a c!!!!
