1st consultation bk'd - Adrian Richards, My Breast

Hi All

This is my first post, so hello everyone x

My first consultation is booked and i'm really looking forward to it! Ive selected a few tops to take with me to my sizing appointment (which is straight after my consultation). Ive also printed some pictures of breasts (with implants) that show the look im after. I want a really natural look in a size D (currently a B).

Has anyone on the site had their BA with Adrian Richards?

I went with Adrian Richards July 2011. Can't recommend him enough. He did a fabulous job and I am really pleased. I also have two friends who have had breast enlargement and uplift/enlargement. Both thrilled with their results. Rach x

I am looking for a surgeon for BA as I think I may have to have my breast implants replaced due to rupture (well at least one of them) and I have heard Mr Richards is the best for this. I have just found out today that I have an appointment at the hospital next week to be checked. I want to be ready to move quickly as I want to get my implants out and new ones in asap if they are ruptured. I had mine done 20 yrs ago, I was so happy and excited when I had them done and have been really, really happy with them but sadly the surgeon who did my boobies has passed away and so here I am re-searching. I wondered if I could see your before and after pictures. I need to be ready with my choice of surgeon and the kind of implants I want. I had Mcgann 20 yrs ago(or that's what it looks like on my notes...can't quite read it for sure as it is a bit scrawled lol). Hope to hear from you soon.

Hi, and thanks welcoming me. My consultation is with a NHS hospital, just to check out why my breast is swollen and has gone a bit hard. Its really painful under my left boob but I feel happy as I have a date now for the consultation. I had my boobs done 20 yrs ago. If they have ruptured then I would like them out asap...that said I have grown attached to them...(physically I know lol) but also in a mental way too. They have been lovely and so helped me feel good and attractive although strangely I have never enjoyed attention from them. I did my boobs for me and want to be seen as more than boobs so if anything have tended not to have them spilling out if you know what I mean...but maybe that's because I have been single. When I was married I did wear lower cut tops but as I was married didn't get anything said about my boobs because I was always with my hubby when I went out.
Anyway, how far are you on your journey. When I look at your profile its saying pre ba...is that pre breast augmentation. xx

I bet you feel attached to them after 20 years-I feel attached to my push-up bra after only 20mins lol. That's good you had/possibly re-having them done for yourself and no-one else, I hope you get the result you want.

Pre-BA is before breast augmentation, I have had a few consultations but not found 'the one' yet... have another consultation today and another 2 booked with different people over the next couple of weeks. I have done lots and lots of research and feel ready for it now, I just need to find the right surgeon then I will book ! Eeek scary !

I quite like the sound of Mr Richards. I have seem him on you tube athought I haven't seen results except for one patient...the rest are just films of him actually doing the proceedure. He does seem to do replacement. The thing for me is that I need to get them replaced asap if there is a problem, and would have liked to have seen some more after pics from various surgeons Mr Richards included. I don't want to have to have 2 ops.
