went today and bought new pjs and my 100% cotton knickers - dont fancy the paper ones much!
Not bought any bras yet still a bit unsure about wheres best and what size

Think little miss is the week after me.
It's exciting isn't it!!!!!
My OH bought me a lovely button up nightshirt for christmas with matching pj bottoms as he expects I won't get dressed much the week after the op - bless him.
I have my MaCom bra in medium and I am looking at getting a small one.
I have ordered a 34F shockabsorber for £6 from ebay.
Some bra expanders in case there is more swelling than expected and I don't want to buy bras in 36.
V-pillow ordered today, also from eBay for just under £9.
Next up is arnica, wipes, senakot max, PTFE belly button bar............
Can't believe it is soooooo close!

LMNB - i had been asked to get ready by my PS (into my lovely backless nightie and paper keks
) but when the anaesthatist lady came in she saw me trying to fold over the knicks cos they were massive and me and DF were laughing that we could both get into them - she whispered to me that it was ok that I wore my own ones ... wonder if your one would be as kind? worth asking int it. xx

Make sure they are 100% cotton mine were primark cheep tat and they wouldnt let me xx

Hi thanks everybody. Peggysue im booked in for the 28th. V pillow and arnica are next on the list. I got my knickers in M&S so hopefully I can wear them!
Think im gonna get my bras from asda they seem to have had the best reviews and seen as I work there i'll get discount!

erm, mine were just a satiny thong type ... clean on tho ;-) the anaesthatist said we wont be venturing in 'that area' anyway - made DF spit his coffee

Aurora you are so organised, I wish I had found this site pre op, so much good advice and support.
No one warned me about the lovely knickers lol at first I thought they were a paper hat my mate pi**** herself laughing.

Thanks Amy. Paid the balance today so no going back now!!!
Spoke to my nurse and she cleared a few things up for me, I wasnt sure if I was getting overs or unders but she says they only do unders if you havnt got enough tissue to use but I have so im getting overs and its round implants, they dont really use the teardrop ones cos the round give a more natural shape and thats what I wanted. Its all coming so real now !! x

Oh lovely! I'm in Stirling on the 20th! Just excited at the moment im like child, my bf's moaning already about the constant boob chat and addiction to this website haha!
Seen your stats that your having 340's similar to mine!
Only worry is not being able to do anything for a while as im a busy body and staying away from the gym... also pain...
