hi all havent been on here in a while but am just after some advice, im 11weeks post op, been in sports bra pretty much constantly since apart from over xmas i was wearing normal bras, on the 4th day of wearing a normal bra i started getting pain in one of my scars, at the end of it and there is a pea sized lump, im back in sports bra but its even got too painfull to wear that, has anyone experienced this at all? should i contact my surgeon?

I had exactly the same thing I did the same as you and wore my sports bra for a few days my left scar still pulls and feels sore now in certain bras x

Could be a stitch that hasn't disolved yet, maybe try genttle massage on your scar to help break up the scar tissue, if you can manage it firm circular motions would also be good.
