How to reduce bruising?
Hi ladies
I'm due to have my BA in 15days sooooo excited lol, but nervous.
Can anyone tell me the name of the tablets to take to reduce bruising? Apparently ur to take them a week before and the week after surgery.
Thanks for your help girlies xxxx

They really seemed to help me. I didn't get a single bruise. I also rubbed bio oil into my boobs every couple of days for the month before. I don't know if it helped but it made them feel nice!! x

My surgeon Mr S Hasson told me to take Arnica 30c table I think he said either 3 days before and after or 5 days before and after :). There about £5.75 I think from Boots x x x
