Re: bruising :(
Did you take arnica at all? I can't see a bruise at all so I don't know whether its down to the arnica or not... But it seems to have helped!
With your sleeping your head and shoulders only need to be slightly raised not upright! I've found that a pillow under my back really helps me and I kept moving it around...
Keep relaxing, you will feel better soon :) xx

Re: bruising :(
There's no clinical evidence to suggest Arnica works. Its a homeopathic remedy and some suggest it but there's no guarantees it will help with healing.
I've a surgery with and without arnica and it did nothing for me.
Natty - bless your heart. I did warn you it could take some time to get over a capsulectomy babe I too bruised like a bloody peach, but then it is a very invasive surgery and such a lot for your poor body to go through. Take things a day at a time and you'll feel much better. If you wet yourself targets or compare to your last surgery, it can you really down, really fast gorgeous xx

Re: bruising :(
Sounds sore hun, and it won't help that you have to sleep in a funny position. I just didn't feel rested at all until I could start sleeping on my side, bring on the time that I can sleep on my front!

Re: bruising :(
Haha you described me perfectly!! I try not to but as the day goes I'm slouching again! Hopefully I won't get it next time around and it's maybe just because I'm not used to it :) xx
