Doing myself damage?
Hi,
Should i try not to sleep on my side? I am 21 days po, i can just about sleep on my side again but it can be a little tender, should I try not to? can i do my new assets any damage?
Also - i think my bra might be too small (so weird never needing to know much about bra sizing pre BA and not really knowing how to size properley!) i am wearing an E tesco high impact sports bra. it is making indents in my boobs but they are still numbs in the underside under nipples so can't feel much. they still get tender. can wearing a bra that's too small be bad for them?
silly questions I know but you lovely ladies always help!

Re: Doing myself damage?
Hi, i was told ok to sleep on my side after a few days, but i waited a week or so til comfy. i sleep half the night on my side i reckon. if a bra is making dents i definately wouldnt wear it, no idea if it can do actual damage but if you were not numb it would hurt! i don't think it will help the general healing process if you are wearing something too tight? so prob find something that fits.

I wouldn't worry to much about the bra I just think it's a sports bra thing I used to have the marks of the bra on my boobs even when I wore a bigger size it's probably because they elasticated and a snug fit x

hi hun - that's kinda what i thought! that boobs being bigger and heavier now means that they rely on the bra more! it's whole new world!
